Instead of hiring a van and hauling boxes into a facility, we deliver a box to your home or business, you pack it at your own pace, and we collect it and store it securely. The box is 1.5m x 1.95m x 2.4m, or 7.02m³, roughly the contents of a one bedroom apartment.
You pack it whenever suits you. When you are ready, we collect it and store it at our secure Phetchaburi facility, about 714km from Phuket. When you want it back, we redeliver the whole box to your Phuket address. You never visit a storage facility at all.
An Easy Storage Box is ฿1,500 per month for 7.02m³, which works out at about ฿214 per cubic metre. Because we store outside the city, we are not paying central Phuket land prices and that shows up in the rate.
There are two service fees, ฿500 each. The Delivery fee covers the start of your hire: we drop the empty box at your door, you pack it, and we come back to collect it. The Deliver Back fee covers the end: we return the full box to you, you unpack, and we collect the empty box. Longer terms bring the monthly rate down, and the price is fixed for the whole agreement with no mid-term increases.
The most common reasons our Phuket customers store with us are moving between properties, renovating, travelling or working overseas for an extended period, clearing a condo before a sale, and holding business stock or archives that do not need to sit on expensive city floor space.
