Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy covers delivery of our door-to-door storage boxes and packing supplies orders. For self-storage unit access, no delivery applies — you visit our Phetchaburi facility directly.

1. Storage Box Delivery

1.1 Delivery Areas

EasyStore delivers Easy Storage Boxes to addresses throughout our service area, including:

  • Hua Hin, Cha-am, Phetchaburi, Pranburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan
  • Samut Songkhram, Ratchaburi, Samut Sakhon

Delivery to addresses outside these areas may be possible — contact us on 092 713 8443 to enquire.

1.2 Delivery Notice

A minimum of 3 business days' notice is required to schedule a storage box delivery. We will contact you within 24 hours of your booking to confirm your delivery window. Same-day delivery is not currently available.

1.3 Delivery Fees

  • We Deliver (you load): ฿400 per delivery
  • We Deliver & Load: ฿1,000 (includes our team loading your items)
  • You load at our facility: ฿0 (1 month free storage credit applied)

Delivery fees are displayed during the online booking process and charged at the time of payment.

1.4 Collection

When you are ready for your box to be collected, give us at least 3 days' notice via WhatsApp or phone. We will schedule a collection window and confirm by return. Your belongings will be transported to our secure Phetchaburi warehouse.

1.5 Return Delivery

When you need your belongings returned, notify us at least 3 days in advance. Return delivery to your original address or a new address within our service area is available. Return delivery fees apply at the same rate as initial delivery.

2. Packing Supplies Delivery

2.1 Delivery Area

We deliver packing supplies to addresses within our standard service area. For delivery outside this area, please contact us — additional charges may apply.

2.2 Delivery Timeframe

Packing supplies orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed via WhatsApp will receive an estimated delivery date at the time of confirmation.

2.3 Delivery Charges

Packing supplies delivery fees vary by order size and location. Delivery charges are confirmed at the time of order. Free delivery may apply for orders above a minimum value — ask us when ordering.

2.4 Order Tracking

We will notify you via WhatsApp or phone when your packing supplies order is dispatched and provide an estimated delivery window. We do not currently offer real-time parcel tracking.

3. Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable at the agreed delivery time, we will contact you to reschedule. A re-delivery fee may apply for missed deliveries that require rescheduling. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address or provide alternative access instructions when booking.

4. Damage in Transit

EasyStore takes care to ensure all deliveries arrive in good condition. If packing supplies are damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
