1. About EasyStore

EasyStore Thailand provides door-to-door mobile storage and self-storage unit services operating from 47 Moo 1, T Nawoong, Mueng, Phetchaburi 76000. Our website is easystore.in.th. Contact: theteam@customersupport.care · 092 713 8443.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

3. Storage Services

3.1 Door-to-Door Storage

We deliver an Easy Storage Box to your specified address. You are responsible for loading the box securely. We collect and store the box at our Phetchaburi facility. You must give at least 3 days' notice for delivery or collection.

3.2 Self-Storage Units

Self-storage unit customers are granted access to a specific unit at our Phetchaburi facility on a monthly licence basis. Access is available 24/7. You hold the only key/access device for your unit.

3.3 Minimum Term

The minimum storage period is one (1) calendar month. Storage is charged monthly in advance. Multi-month packages are prepaid and non-refundable for unused months unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Thai Baht (THB). Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of all applicable charges. We do not charge hidden fees. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By completing payment, you authorise the charge to your payment method.

EasyStore reserves the right to amend pricing with 30 days' written notice to existing customers. Your agreed rate is locked in for the duration of your prepaid term.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Month-to-month storage: Cancel with 14 days' written notice. No cancellation fee. You will not be charged for the following month.
• Prepaid multi-month packages: Non-refundable for the prepaid period. Early termination does not entitle you to a partial refund.

6. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited in all EasyStore storage spaces:

• Perishable food, plants or living organisms
• Flammable, explosive or combustible materials (petrol, gas canisters, fireworks)
• Hazardous, toxic or corrosive chemicals
• Illegal items, controlled substances or stolen goods
• Firearms, ammunition or weapons (unless licensed and declared)
• Items that emit strong odours or attract pests
• Unregistered or unroadworthy vehicles (unless declared)

EasyStore reserves the right to refuse storage of any item at its absolute discretion. Storing prohibited items may result in immediate termination of your storage agreement without refund.

7. Insurance

EasyStore does not provide insurance for stored goods. We strongly recommend that customers arrange their own contents insurance to cover stored items. EasyStore's liability for loss or damage to stored goods is limited as set out in our Liability Policy.

8. Access and Security

Customers are responsible for the security of their own unit. You must not share access credentials with unauthorised persons. EasyStore may restrict access in emergency situations or where prohibited items are suspected.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on easystore.in.th — including text, images, logos and design — is the property of EasyStore Thailand. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
